Every organization presents awards to individuals who best portray the ideals represented by the organization. Altrusa International of Quincy provides the following awards.

This award is presented annually to the person who best personifies Altrusa from our organization.
| MAMIE L BASS |
This award is presented by the International Board of Directors. Clubs must enter a service project and meet the standards as proposed by the committee. It was started to stimulate interest by encouraging clubs in developing action service programs and to recognize outstanding club achievement in this service area. Altrusa of Quincy is very proud to have earned this award for service in the coat drive project.
| VOLUNTEER/SERVICE AWARD |
This award is presented annually to the individual who has provided service on a volunteer basis above and beyond the usual service projects. Members are urged to write an article describing the individuals effort and a committee determines who best meets the requirements.
| ROOKIE OF THE YEAR AWARD |
This award is presented annually to the individual who has provided service on a volunteer basis above and beyond the usual service projects. The member must be a first year Altrusan to qualify for this award.
