SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION

The Patricia & Leonard Kramer Memorial Scholarship is a one-year (fall and spring) non-renewable award for a resident of Adams County, Illinois. This scholarship is for a high school senior enrolling in an accredited college, university, or technical school. The scholarship will be sent directly to the institution. Half of the award will be applied at the beginning of each semester of the 2010-2011 academic year.

AMOUNT OF SCHOLARSHIP: Maximum of $1000 ($500 per semester)

ELIGIBILITY:

GPA 2.8 or greater on a 4-point scale

Resident of Adams County, Illinois

Full-time enrollment in an accredited college, university, or technical school

Be willing to give community service in the future

Completed application must be postmarked by March 15, 2010

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Application (3 copies)

Short essay about some service involvement, how the involvement began, what was gained, and how it relates to career goals (3 copies)

Letters of reference from three different individuals sealed by the authors (3 copies)

One copy of your high school transcript
